| This safety bulletin

connection. |
| The CGA cylinder
connection is according to the US national
standard and is primarily used in the US-market. |

of Twin Cylinder Apparatus |

| Valve Cone
with Transparant Silicone Sealing |
| This safety bulletin
applies to valve cones with a transparent
silicone sealing. The valve cone is present
in breathing valves (second stage regulators)
with serial no. 0227000 and 0306999, or delivered
between 01-07-2002 and 03-2003. |
| The bulletin also
applies to spare parts delivered in the same
period. |
| The quality issue
only concerns valve cones with a transparent
silicone sealing. For valve cones with a silicone
sealing in blue, red or white no further action
is required. |
